La mia collezione di illuminanti! – Foto & Swatches

We all know that pink isn’t an easy colour to wear on your nails, even if it’s probably the most popular along with red, but it’s spring, and during this season I happily jump on the bright-colours-bandwagon! So I pulled out my favourite pink nail polishes, and because I couldn’t choose just one, I decided to put them all on :D And so was my pink-degradé manicure born! Do you like it? I know that I love it!  P.S. Sorry for the pictures overload, but I wanted to share them all :) And all the polishes used are listed in the picture below! Si sa che il rosa non è…

    Shaka "Emerald"

I know I said that I don’t like to wear green on my nails, but still, here I am again falling for a new green nail polish! I really don’t know what’s happening to me :DAnyway, this was another gift from the amazing Roberta, who is definitely spoiling me way too much! The nail polish is called “Emerald” and it’s again from the new-born italian brand Shaka, and as you can see the name is quite fitting for this little gem. You can imagine how amazing this looks on the nails, I would say that it’s a statement shade for sure.Formulawise it’s just perfect: very opaque and it glides on…

    Shaka "Indigo"

So, yesterday was my 22nd birthday, and this is the nail polish I chose to wear that day: Shaka “Indigo” :) It’s a beautiful blurple, perfect in application and very eye-catching. I love shades like this, because you can’t really tell exactly what colour it is. I’m really getting more and more into this brand, everytime I stop by their stand I just can’t help it, I need to get one more nail polish >..

    Shaka "Forever green"

Finally, Shaka arrived to my town too! It’s months that I’m waiting for this moment, and now I finally have access to this brand I’ve been loving for a while now :) Anyway, I only got one of their polishes, and guess what? It’s a green! If you know me a bit by now you’ll know that I’m not the biggest fan of green nails, but this one looked so awesome in the bottle that I had to pick it up. The name of this nail varnish is “Forever green“, ref.775.Well, let me tell you one thing: it doesn’t look like in the bottle at all. I loved the shade…

Shaka "Glossy violet" and BeYu "n.209"

Today I share with you two polishes Roberta from Smaltoitaliano was so kind to send me: Shaka “Glossy violet“, a very sheer jelly-like purple, and the very famous BeYu “n.209” (inci 31), that I already featured a couple of times on my blog and which is the most gorgeous multichrome polish ever. I thought to layer them because of the sheerness of both of them, and it was definitely not a bad idea :D After 3 coats of “Glossy violet” and 1 of “n.209” this is what you get! I love the fact that the red shimmer is really showing through the purple base :) I guess purples and this…

    Eye candy

Since I’m trying to decide how to shape my nails now that they’re growing a bit (yes, I’m trying AGAIN to keep them long :D), I’m not feeling like wearing nail polish at the moment. So today I have a different post than usual, just showing you three nail polishes I haven’t swatched yet on my blog, but that definitely deserve some more attention! Aren’t they amazing?? *.* From left to right: Prestige “Galaxy”, Shaka “Disco violet” and Look by Bipa “Metallic hollogram” (yes, hollogram with two “l”, I’m not crazy :P).
